The first Kentucky Cycling Century Challenge took place in 2013. In 2018, it became the Kentucky Cycling Challenge (to be more inclusive of riders). Below are the jersey/kit designs over the years. (Note that the KCC did not take place in 2020 due to COVID-19.)
