Below are the rides and events that qualify for the 2026 Kentucky Cycling Challenge. Each event is an independent fundraiser supporting its sponsoring organization and offers multiple route distances to accommodate cyclists of all skill levels.
Registration: You’ll need to register and pay for each event separately through the organizer’s registration system.

The 2026 KCC reward is a one-of-a-kind kit/jersey that could only be earned.

Challenge details on how you earn a free kit, jersey, or the opportunity to purchase one.
- REGISTER: you must register (at no cost to you) for the Kentucky Cycling Challenge. Registration will be limited to 500. Registration will be open through May 24, 2026. Once 500 free registrations are reached, registration will remain open; however, all registrants after registrant number 500 who receive a jersey or kit will be required to pay the cost of the items plus shipping to receive them.
- Ride -your reward varies on alternative you complete
- All 5 of the century or metric century rides sponsored by the participating rides and obtain a free Kentucky Cycling Challenge kit consisting of a jersey and matching bibs or shorts.
- Complete at least 250 miles (400 kilometers) and participating in at least 4 of the 5 participating rides, and to cyclists who ride in all 5 rides regardless of total miles ridden and Kentucky Cycling Challenge will provide a free jersey (Cyclists who earn a free jersey may also order and pay for matching bibs or shorts at our cost.)
- Cyclists completing at least 180 miles (300 kilometers) but participating in only three of the five rides will be offered the opportunity to purchase the Cycling Challenge jersey at the jersey cost plus shipping.

After you finish each ride, stop by the KCC table at the finish line to check in with your mileage proof. Make sure to confirm your miles have been recorded before heading out!

How It Works
- Registration for the Challenge itself is free
- You must complete five qualifying rides to finish the Challenge
- Each ride requires separate registration and payment through the event organizer
- All participating rides are independent fundraisers supporting their sponsoring organizations
- Each event offers multiple route distances for cyclists of all abilities
Weather Policy All rides happen rain or shine, with the only exceptions being hazardous weather conditions or thunderstorms.
