DETAILS:
Take pictures of Limestone Landing and share them with Bill Marshall and others who will help restore the area on Sunday.
Set up the area based on table locations in the drawing provided by Marc Pawsat
Tables will be used for
Registration, then Kentucky Cycling Challenge check-in
Local Info & Sat morning donuts + coffee
Acciona’s vendor booth
Maysville-Mason County vendor booth
T C Energy vendor booth
Ms. Bailey of Maysville-Mason County Tourism will arrange the delivery & pickup of tents and tables.
Help place wagon that will be the stage where segment winners will be announced
Leave as much as possible of Limestone Landing as is.
Ensure we know how we will get electric power on Saturday for Start/Finish line: Confirm outlets/power source for these four extension cord loads 1)blower, 2)coffee pot, 3)vendor booths, 4) PA system so they’re ready to go Saturday morning
